600 sf Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit

NEST design | build is in the process of designing a permitting a passive 600 sf DADU. the design focuses on creating privacy yet the feeling of openness. The bedroom bathroom and hall have windows above head height. The living area and kitchen feature a 8 slider corner unit that open up completely towards a part of the property that can be screened and made private for the cottage. The loft can be utilized for storage or as an office or potentially a kid’s bedroom, but exists as a flexible addition to the cottage.
